Thank you for visiting our campaign website. Over the coming months, you will find this site a useful tool to keep up with our campaign for Mississippi’s Third Congressional District seat, and learn how to get involved.
For nearly a decade, I have served the people of Mississippi and the residents of the 3rd Congressional District, first as a senior aide to Congressman Chip Pickering, then as a top advisor to Governor Haley Barbour, and finally as the State Director of the USDA Rural Development Agency. These positions enabled me to get to know and help people in every county and town in this district.
This experience means I will be able to hit the ground running on my first day as your congressman to deliver in Washington, D.C. for our district. Our state and nation face serious choices over the coming years, and we need a representative ready to face those challenges with common-sense conservative principles.
I will work to safeguard our nation and keep us on offense in the global war on terrorism, to secure our borders and enforce immigration laws, to eliminate wasteful spending and reduce the tax burden on hardworking Mississippians, and to fight for increased economic development to bring more, and better paying jobs to our district.
